I've climbed every ladder: from a receptionist to an attorney recruiter, to a startup executive managing a $10M P&L. I've been the only woman in the boardroom and co-founded a tech company. I've invested my own six-figure capital and raised a million more.
I've also burned out, built the wrong empires, and worked with the wrong people. I lived through a hostile takeover that ended my marriage. I lost my voice to the pain, to the noise, to the darkness. I understand the cost; it isn't always just monetary. I've chosen not to dim my light.
